Our restaurant is an essential part of the Genzianella experience: a carefully prepared cuisine deeply connected to the territory and to family recipes passed down through generations. Each dish tells the story of the Aosta Valley through fresh, local ingredients, selected with care and prepared with respect.

The bar completes the experience with moments of conviviality — an aperitif, a chat, and a warm, relaxed atmosphere.
